I visited Crosby Sainsbury’s at 9:00 am and the deputy store manager was extremely rude and her behaviour was disgusting. I usually use Sainsbury’s everyday for my shopping.

This is a formal complaint and I won’t be using any of your stores again and I will be telling friends and family not to shop here too.

Her behaviour was disgusting instead of asking me to put items back she proceeded to shout at me in the middle of the shop.

This is the second time I have experienced rudeness from staff in this shop.
