We visited this appalling store today to do a large shop approximately £200. Having completed this we didn’t realise it would take 30mins to pay. 2 checkouts with cashiers only were open so there were queues. Staff were apparently busily engaged doing nothing. When asked if another checkout could be opened again nothing. No sign of management either it was time for their afternoon siesta or tea break.
A total disregard for customers and a couldn’t care less attitude from staff.
A shop to be avoided at all costs.
Do not use Timpson developing and printing service located in sainburys to transfer videos to DVDs. I paid £247 to have this service done and they have lost them...All contained footage of my two children from their birth to the age of ten years old...priceless and irreplaceable..I'm very upset and my wife is distraught over their loss...i could have had them transferred via the Internet .....a great deal cheaper...but as they were so precious to us i decided to pay more and not take any chances with them...why does sainsburys have a company like Timpson renting space in their store...Sainsburys should have ensured that a service being offered from their premises is safe and reliable..It is not....to be honest my wife and i are heart broken!!!!!!

Does the carpark close after the store closes? If so what? And what time does it reopen?
