Staff do not wear mask nor are they challenging customers who dont. Went in today and the cashier was on his phone on loudspeaker to his mate.

Please give your staff more training in actually knowing what they sell. I've just been in asking if they have any steaks as there were non on the shelves to which I got a reply 'what's a steak?' When I said meat and give examples sirloin, rump etc they then replied 'sorry I don't know what that is'.
Come on spar, are you actually employing people who are really that uneducated????!
