Just to say all your staff are great, friendly, and always remember my drink! Which could mean they all have fantastic memories, or I call in to often! One deserves a special mention, Viola. Always a big smile, friendly word and efficient service. She deserves a big vote of thanks. The only downside is you've run out of toffee nut, so now I've had to resort to caramel latte! Steve
