I went to this café yesterday I am very disappointed with the service . I ordered then I was told there was a special offer in the cabinet where it was 4 items for £5. then when I was paying the lady had my order wrong , over the span of five minutes I had to repeat myself over four times, then I was told it was just the cakes on ofer. that wasn't what I was originally told. on payment I was then charged an extra cake after clearly asking what I was being charged for. then the lady went to give me a refund out of the staff tip box (pretty unfair on the other staff), an assistant next to her then did a proper refund on the till. how many times does this happen? not once did either apologise for there service, the tables were dirty and no it wasn't busy at the time.

Called in at lunchtime. Hardly any food on sale. Very poor service. Tables not cleared. Flat white very poor. Don't think I'll be back here.
