Subway at Esso Heath garage on A617 just before M1 junc 29, good idea. Success rate currently 20%. Called in for fuel three times, managed to order and get a breakfast roll once which was tasty but normally only one person serving and que too long to wait,very slow. Called in once just for food, no fuel but again a frustrated looking que of people waiting so drove off again. Called in this Sunday morning at 8.10am, all quiet, no que's, no one in for fuel, Subway man behind the counter looking the part but could not have looked more startled when I said "Good morning, can I have a breakfast roll please" no open yet was the reply. I am guessing these are franchise operations, should be going like a train but if you don't train people and man up for service you will fail.
