Got served by a boy who talked about his break to other boy cashier the whole of my transaction. Hardly got a glance. When I was giving over my money tried to get eye contact to tell him there was still an item in my basket and ask if I had been charged but he handed me change without even looking so I just took out item and left. Got no receipt from him so don't know if I paid for it. Totalling rude and let the rest of Ballyhackamore workers down as they are so pleasant Especially day staff.
