We arrived today, 24th September, to be greeted by a charming gentleman who made us feel valued as customers. He was polite and caring. We did our shopping which came to nearly £200 so was not an insignificant amount, and left. We were spoken to by the same gentleman whose name we found out to be Richard, who was again polite and completely charming. He made our shopping in to a delightful experience and we hope that he will be well rewarded for his exemplary service to your store.
