Hello i was in last week with ny sons vodaphone iphone 4 , i had a problem with vodaphone store when they put new sim in ceased working albiet working when walking into store , i came across and had a look around ur sales assistant asked if i would be willing to trade . You tested phone advised it wouldnt go onto vodaphone , then tech guy advised give me 5 mn i did and hey presto it was an update it needed . He would not take any payment as a good phone no need to buy another . Vodaphone were pathetic at leaving me in limbo over an update .i phoned them when i got home and was told instore staff have limited knowledge !! I should have spoke to tech team , which instore i had asked about was told no need . Moral of story dont be swayed into taking contract phone out and as this was my first visit to CEX and didnt even buy trade up the team were very kind and professional highly recomend ,i phoned head office to give them credit where it was due hope they in turn gave you recognition .
