Absolute joke of a shop the staff are ignorant and clueless DO NOT BUY ANY ELECTICAL GOODS FROM THIS CEX STORE UNTESTED FAULTY JUNK 3 iPhones purchased from this shop all broken within 24 hours also 1 was a birthday gift had so much trouble and hours to wait on testing to get any kind of refund also staff refusing to serve me or my wife being told to leave the shop for asking for a refund the staff wanted us to keep the broken goods and not ask for a refund also the 3 iPhones went back on display for sale within an hour obviously not fixed .do not help these types of businesses they don't deserve your hard earned cash .
