I would like to write a formal complaint to your management team. I recently came into your store to order a Hugo boss orange watch for my boyfriend which was for his birthday. I came into the store in the middle of march In order to ensure that I would get the watch for the 4th of April which is his birthday. When I came in I was told that the watch would be ordered in for me from Germany as you didn't have any in store. After this I had to chase the order up for a week to find out if it had actually been ordered, but just kept getting passed around each staff member and told that the man dealing with it wasn't in on that day. After finally hearing that the watch had been ordered, I waited around 2 weeks for the watch to be delivered I once again rang to chase up where the watch was and being told that they didn't know when it would arrive, and that I should just order it myself online. This was Wednesday the 2nd of April, 2 days before I needed the watch. I would like to inform you that the watch STILL hasn't arrived and we are now on the 8th April and i still haven't been able to give my boyfriend his birthday present. You are an expensive shop and i am so annoyed with your service and how unreliable you have been in my situation!
