I was so pleased when this outlet opened at the hospital .So convenient for a treat for a patient or a quick shop for a visitor. BUT then it all went wrong and stupid automatic self service machines were put in instead of proper people.
When I visit a hospital whether as a patient or visitor I am not in the mood for extra stress. I need a kindly face, a good service. What with serious illnesses, stress whilst parking , traffic jams, and an ill husband in a wheel chair, these tills are horrible. They are fine for the 21 year olds but not for us , over 60s .
There should always be one person on a proper till, not just one person hovering around to 'help'.
I hate these machines. The world is mad. People need jobs , not machines.
I need less stress.
