I stopped here for the first time tonight to pick up some provisions from Londis. Next time I'll go without! The old man with the glasses snapped 'do you want a bag' no 'good evening, would you like a bag' or even 'hello, would you like a bag'. I asked for 40 JPS King Size (not realising there were blue and silver) until I'd paid and went to put them in the bag. He'd given me 20 JPS Silver instead. When I said 'I asked for King Size' he said 'they are' I queried the fact that they were silver and he told me that if I wanted blue I needed to ask for blue. Everywhere else I shop ask me if its blue I want, but I didn't know they did King Size silver also. Not once did he smile and I almost expected him to throw the replacement blue JPS at me! If I decide to stop there again and he's serving I will be taking my business elsewhere!
