Bye M&S, it was nice knowing you! My wife and I have been shopping at M&S Crouch End throughout lockdown. No Longer! As of 24 July 2020, your staff no longer wear any kind of protective gear and don't maintain distance. The experience, when we went shopping wearing our masks, was excruciatingly uncomfortable. A manager told me M&S was protecting its staff. This couldn't be further from the truth: all it needs is a single asymptomatic infected staff member to infect their colleagues and customers. You're a potential hot-spot. We've switched back to your main local competitor, where staff are wearing masks. Goodbye.
