After I pointed out to the cashier in the shop that my car wash had a very poor result one of your staff- a very tall guy who originally served me came out and put my car through the wash again with the top wash. He asked me to park and pointed out that the black stuff on the car roof which still remained was caused by parking under trees which I have to do. He then went to work with a cloth to entirely remove the deposit. I consider that that was exceptional service and he deserves to be commended for his efforts. Many thanks!
