Will you please stock more chilled vegetarian meals. Also, I tried to get some chilled vegetarian sausages yesterday, only to be told you don't stock them?? Apart from that, lovely store, mainly helpful staff. One chap in particular stands out, Shaun I think his name is. He works in the food hall.

Now that the initial rush has subsided we are finding that stock choice and availability has decreased markedly.
Today for example in the food hall there was very little choice of fruit and vegetables, we also found a lot of items had a very short shelf life.

This is the best M&S Store I have ever been in!

Shopping is fine,plenty of choice and staff are polite and helpful. Heaven help you if you want coffee or lunch, staff,apart from one young man working very hard,seem to be uninterested,poorly trained and just keep chatting amongst themselves. Frustrating waits,and no sign of supervisory staff at all. Spoils the atmosphere !

The food hall, in my opinion, is the most popular dept in the store, but I really don't understand why in the bakery section, cakes are left uncovered? Having asked staff on the bakery counter, their response is that management state cakes should be open for the public to have easy access to. This also means that it is open to coughs, sneezes and anyone who may handle the pastries then decide not to take them - as I have witnessed. Due to this I and others I know choose not to purchase from this section. That is a shame as the store loses custom. In this day and age - with our knowledge of good safety and hygiene, there's no excuse not to cover all food. Please change this!
