Called here to use the post office,after checking on line,the opening times.
When I arrived the post office counter was closed,so I enquired as to why it was closed as on line it said it was open to which the man's reply was,well I bet it didn't say my wife had cancer either,what an awful thing to say,and couldn't believe he'd said it,I wasn't been rude,when I asked about it not been open either, I left feeling quite upset,that his wife was ill, but I didn't cause it
