I just wanted to feedback about the Manager James and the security guard who helped a vulnerable gentleman who became unwell whilst going into your Sittingbourne branch and I have to say that they were both very kind and helpful to him. We also went back to support and help him and we have the gentleman's details so we will contact social services as he is self neglecting and his doctors to see if they can do a home visit and check him over. I have to say they went above and beyond to help and support him. They both deserve a pay rise!
