I cannot believe that I waited in quite a long queue to be served by a lady who throughout my transaction never said one single word to me! This particular lady needs some very basic training in customer service. I felt totally appalled and as a regular customer will think twice about using Tesco Express again. If this is how you treat your customers its no wonder you are not doing well!
