This place is a total let down . Booked an appointment months ago for my daughters friends formal and paid a deposit to arrive on time to be told there is no booking and cant accommodate . The poor girl is totally gutted as its her 1st formal and it hasn't turned out the way she had hoped . 2nd time this has happened here . Very unprofessional.
