My order was over an hour late , when i rang to ask the guy was extremely rude 13/04/24 at 21:12 pm , he wouldn't give me his name and just said your order wasnt saved with no apology or any compensation
He wouldn't give me his managers name . Monday morning i will be following up on this with head office . Call Bicycle
