Not impressed! In a rush, called in to the drive thru as I have done on many occasions! Driving to the next port of call, found the cheese burgers were barely warm with hardly any sauce/relish, the chicken mayo sandwich barely had any mayo on and the chips were warm not hot! This is a drive thru I tend to use but I think I will hesitate next time! In too much if a rush to take the food back etc and my children were hungry!!
Time 20.16 17,9,16 sitting in branch as write this. Courntey the server has very bad customer service skills, missed a item off order and when questioned was in no rush to fetch it. Doesn't look very happy in her job no wonder she has no stars she's not a new member of the team has seen her in here before. Also the hygiene very poor
I visited McDonalds earlier today unfortunately my car broke down as I was placing my order, Keiran and another member of staff came to my assistance immediately, the helped to move my car to a better spot and also collected my granddaughters meal. I can not thank the staff enough big thumbs up from me.
Despite being advertised as open 24 hours we called at around 3 am after a late night hospital visit. There was an unclear message at the drive-through but indicating orders were not being taken. We assumed that we needed to go inside but the doors were closed but four staff members could be seen chatting round a table.
0* rude staff, not helpful at all, allways dirty inside, dont use gloves in the back when the sweaty people are touching the food bare hands!! Errrrr wouldnt reccomend to anyone at all!! No customer service skills at all think all your staff at that store need training properly :) nuff said!
