I have a similar complaint. I want to purchase a woven hat natural @ £5.99 0653/101 and pay to have it delivered to my home address. The Zara site says that Zara branch at 48-52 Kensington High Street still has this stock. I have spent the whole weekend and just now trying to get through on the telephone number llisted on yourstore's website 02073684680. There must be a fault on the line as it is either engaged or a voice says it is temporarily unavailable. Please could you get back to me to inform me about this item.
I am trying to get through to reserve a hoodie, the phone is constantly engaged. The website is useless as they didn't get back to me after saying they were looking into it... then ten minutes later they say they have detected the site has been inactive.
