I was absolutely astounded this morning at 5.55am to be ignored by the till operator at the EG Rectory Service Station in Wallingford. After 3 or 4 minutes I asked the lady if I had done something wrong to which she replied "I wont serve you while you're wearing that ridiculous mask", presumably she was referring to the Coronavirus protection mask that was protecting my nose and mouth from droplets of breath from other people. I am a vulnerable person with heat disease and diabetes as well as being 68 years old. I left my shopping on the counter and left the building. Presumably this crazy woman is not scared of Coronavirus , it is hard to believe that the garage owners have left a mad woman in charge of a petrol station. I will never shop there again whether it is for groceries or petrol. Mad, Completely Mad.
